These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and vavada ("vavada", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in connection with your use of the vavada website accessible at vavada.bio and all associated services, features, content, and functionality offered thereon (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the Services, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. All monetary values on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳) unless otherwise stated. The Platform is provided in English and is intended for English-literate players in Bangladesh who are 18 years of age or older.

Use of vavada is subject to strict eligibility requirements. You represent and warrant that at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. vavada strictly prohibits access by individuals under 18 years of age. Age verification is enforced through the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, and any account found to be operated by an individual under 18 will be immediately closed with all deposited funds returned to the original payment source.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and of your own free will, and you understand that real-money gambling is involved.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity when creating or using your account.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account restriction currently in force with vavada or any other gambling operator.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of vavada or any associated software or service provider that would create a conflict of interest.

vavada reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend accounts pending verification where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

To access real-money features of vavada, you must register a single account on the Platform. The following rules apply to account registration:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on vavada. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any bonus funds contained within them will be forfeited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number and email address. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information is a breach of this Agreement.
• KYC Verification: vavada requires identity verification before processing withdrawals. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or government-issued photo identification together with proof of address. The Platform may request additional documentation at its discretion.
• Account Ownership: Your vavada account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any third party. Allowing another person to operate your account is a breach of this Agreement.
• Mobile Number: A valid Bangladeshi mobile number is required for account registration and is used for security verification. Numbers associated with bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay wallets must match the registration details for payment processing purposes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your vavada account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number or email address.

• You must choose a strong, unique password for your vavada account and must not reuse passwords from other platforms.
• You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• vavada will never ask for your password via email, SMS, telephone, or any communication channel outside the official Platform interface.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify vavada immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.
• vavada accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, except where such losses result directly from a security failure on our part.

The Platform uses SSL encryption on all connections to protect data in transit. Account sessions are subject to automatic timeout after a period of inactivity as an additional security measure.

vavada accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods:

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned.
• vavada does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees for which vavada bears no responsibility.
• Deposited funds may not be used for any purpose other than wagering on the Platform. Funds deposited in error may be returned upon written request to [email protected], subject to verification.
• vavada reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large or unusual deposit transactions before crediting funds to your account balance.
• Deposited funds do not earn interest.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC Requirement: A completed KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but cannot withdraw funds until identity verification is successfully completed.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for mobile wallet methods and ৳1,000 for bank transfers.
• Processing Times: Verified accounts can expect withdrawal processing within one (1) hour for mobile wallet methods during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two (2) business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Wagering Requirement: Where a deposit was matched with a bonus, the applicable wagering requirement must be met in full before the combined balance can be withdrawn. Refer to Section 7 for bonus terms.
• Withdrawal Limits: Standard daily withdrawal limits apply and are communicated within the account dashboard. Requests exceeding standard limits are subject to additional verification and may require additional processing time.
• Source of Funds: vavada reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of funds for withdrawal requests that exceed thresholds set by our internal compliance procedures.
• Declined Withdrawals: vavada may decline a withdrawal request where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or where the account is under investigation. In such cases, the Player will be notified by email to their registered address.

vavada may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, deposit matches, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, the specific multiplier for which is stated in each promotion. Wagering requirements must be satisfied before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds can be made.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on the Platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino tables and sports betting may contribute a lower percentage or zero. The contribution rates applicable to each promotion are published in the individual promotion terms.
• Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period, stated at the time of the offer. Bonus funds and associated free spins that remain unused or have not met wagering requirements within the stated period will be forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple concurrent bonuses is not permitted.
• Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse bonus offers — including coordinated wagering strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gambling risk — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus, associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Where a maximum withdrawal cap applies to a specific bonus, it will be stated in the relevant promotion terms. Any winnings above the cap generated solely from bonus funds will be removed at the time of withdrawal processing.
• vavada reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on vavada, whether in the sports betting section, the live casino, the slots lobby, or any crash game variant:

• Finality of Bets: Once a wager is confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player, except where a specific "Cash Out" feature is available and expressly activated before the relevant event is settled.
• Odds and Returns: Sports betting odds are expressed as decimal odds and represent the total return per unit staked, inclusive of the original stake. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to the settled wager.
• Void Bets: A wager may be declared void where the underlying event is cancelled, abandoned, or where a technical error affected the availability or accuracy of odds. Void bets are refunded as a credit to the Player's account balance.
• Match and Game Integrity: vavada reserves the right to withhold the settlement of any wager where there is a reasonable suspicion that the integrity of the underlying event or game has been compromised, pending investigation by the relevant sporting body or regulatory authority.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake amounts are displayed within the individual game or market interface. vavada reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on any account at its discretion.
• System Errors: vavada is not liable for losses arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues on the Player's side, device malfunction, or any other circumstance beyond the Platform's control. Where a technical error on the Platform's side results in an incorrect game outcome, vavada will apply a fair resolution as determined by the Platform's technical team.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on vavada and constitute a material breach of this Agreement:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, macros, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other players to influence the outcome of any game or event, or to coordinate wagering strategies for the purpose of guaranteed profit extraction.
• Using multiple accounts (either registered to yourself or in coordination with third parties) to exploit bonuses or promotions.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to exploit pricing errors or promotional conditions in a manner that constitutes abuse rather than normal play.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of the Platform.
• Using the Platform to launder money or otherwise facilitate any criminal, fraudulent, or unlawful activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information for registration or KYC purposes.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.

vavada actively monitors for the above activities. Where prohibited conduct is identified, vavada reserves the right to suspend or close the relevant account, void associated wagers, and forfeit any balance held in the account without prior notice. In serious cases, vavada may report relevant information to the appropriate authorities.

vavada reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any term or condition set out in this Agreement.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Identification of a minor (under 18) operating or attempting to operate an account.
• Extended periods of account inactivity as defined in the Platform's inactive account policy.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via the most recently used withdrawal method following the completion of any outstanding compliance checks.

Voluntary Closure: You may request closure of your vavada account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Requests submitted for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) will be processed as a priority and will take effect within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt.

vavada is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides the following tools to help players manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their account dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a minimum 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration reminders that prompt them to take a break after a set period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that their gambling has become problematic may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or indefinitely. All content on the vavada Platform — including but not limited to the vavada brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, game graphics, promotional materials, written content, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of vavada or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of vavada.
• Game content provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) is the intellectual property of the respective provider and is used under licence by vavada.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vavada's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your vavada account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the date on which the relevant claim arose.

vavada shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of whether vavada has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

• vavada does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• vavada is not responsible for losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party service outages beyond our control.
• Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

vavada reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, vavada will notify registered Players by email to their registered address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a minimum of seven (7) calendar days prior to the amended terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.

The "Effective" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent version of these Terms and Conditions entered into force. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.
